Shipping / Export Policy

AAVRYA ships Indian garments and textiles to international buyers worldwide. Shipping terms, freight mode and responsibilities are confirmed at order acceptance and reflected in the proforma invoice.

Shipping Modes

We coordinate sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight and express courier depending on order size, urgency and destination. Incoterms are agreed at order confirmation (typically FOB, CIF or EXW).

Lead Time

Bulk production lead times typically range from 30–45 days depending on order size, fabric availability and customization. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on destination and freight mode.

Documentation

Standard export documentation includes commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (as applicable), bill of lading / airway bill and any buyer-specific certificates. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country.

Inspection & Claims

All shipments are inspected before dispatch. Any claims for shortage or damage must be notified within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
